It is, besides bridging local heritage food with modernity and making it relevant in this globalized culture, we also want to connect individuals who are passionate about food with the opportunity to become business owners and to be part of a larger movement to preserve Singapore’s vanishing local food heritage.
Currently with 3 outlets located across Singapore, 2 outlets located in Philippines.
An affordable and easy-to-operate business concept
Rong Hua Bak Kut Teh concept does not require an elaborate kitchen. This allows your initial setup costs to be lower as compared to many other restaurant concepts. With the support from our team, outlet operations are kept lean and efficient, keeping your operational costs low and allowing you to focus on delivering great food and service to customers.
Support in site selection and outlet setup
We will work closely with you to identify and secure suitable locations to set up your own Rong Hua Bak Kut Teh outlet. When a location has been secured, we will also undertake the role of Project Manager to design and set up the outlet for you. In this way, you will be supported throughout the entire process and guided on how to navigate through the nuts and bolts of planning the outlet layout and executing the renovation.
Comprehensive start-up support and training
We will provide you and your staff with the necessary initial training to manage and operate the outlet. Our approach on-the-job training to ensure that you are well-equipped to oversee and manage all aspects of your franchise business. When your outlet has commenced business, we will also deploy our staff to your outlet during the initial period to provide onsite supervision and hand-holding.
Ongoing training and support
We are committed to your business success and will conduct regular reviews with you during the term of the franchise. We will also provide you with ongoing training and support, equipping you with improved methods and processes to manage the business. As our commitment to continual innovation, we will invest in food R&D to come up with new recipes that will deliver more value to both the customers and to our franchisees.
Who we are looking for:
Single Unit Franchisees for Singapore - partners who are passionate about the F&B industry and want to be part of a larger movement to preserve Singapore’s vanishing local food heritage. No prior F&B culinary experience is required as comprehensive support and training will be provided. Single Unit License Fee In Singapore at $30,000 / Monthly Royalty 5%
